• Thursday, 17 September 2026, 9.30am to 1.00pm
• Friday, 18 September 2026, from 9.30am to 1.00pm
During these periods, the following essential services will be available from 9.30am to 1.00pm:
• Cash lodgements
• Cash withdrawals
• Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs)
• Transfers between Credit Union accounts
• Balance enquiries
• Statements and receipts
The following services will not be available from 9.30am to 1.00pm but will be available from 1pm onwards as usual:
• External cheque withdrawals
• Loan drawdowns
• New loan applications or lending discussions
• New account or membership opening
• Account closures
• Other services requiring additional processing or authorisation
Please note: Online Banking will remain fully available and is unaffected during the periods of industrial action.
Members who require non-urgent or more complex services are encouraged, where possible, to attend after 1.00pm.
We would also ask members to allow additional time if attending during the morning period, as waiting times may be longer than usual.
The Board appreciates the patience and understanding of members during this period. Our priority is to maintain access to essential services while continuing to ensure that member transactions are processed safely, securely and in accordance with the Credit Union’s normal controls.
We will keep members updated on any changes to these arrangements through the Credit Union’s website, Facebook page, email and other channels.
